CocoRae Australia Subscription Cancellation Policy

CocoRae subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency selected at checkout until cancelled.

Our Mango Coconut monthly subscription is currently $74.99 AUD per delivery, plus applicable shipping. Subscription pricing may change in the future, but customers will be notified of any changes as required.

Cancelling or managing your subscription

You may cancel, skip or manage your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. You can manage your subscription through your customer account or contact CocoRae Australia for assistance.

Once a recurring order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel that shipment if fulfilment has already commenced.

Founding Presale

The initial CocoRae launch is a presale. Payment for your first order is taken when your order is placed. Estimated first dispatch is November 2026. If the estimated dispatch timing changes materially, we will provide an update using the contact details supplied with your order.

Launch Subscription Bonus

Customers who subscribe during the founding presale will receive one complimentary CocoRae bucket hat with their first subscription order, while launch bonus stock lasts. The complimentary hat applies to the first order only and is not included with each recurring delivery.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
